Bring your records over from your previous EHR 📂
Switching EHRs usually means downloading, renaming and re-uploading years of client files. Now you can upload the export from your old EHR, and Upheal organizes it for you.
What the import handles
Messy exports: upload a ZIP file, and Upheal splits combined PDFs into separate documents, converts other file types to PDF, and matches each file to the right client
Chart files: imported documents are saved to each client's chart, where you'd expect to find them
Your client history, ready to use: ask Upheal Assistant about anything in a client's past records, or have it draft a treatment plan from them for you to review
How to get started
Go to Settings → Import records, or click Import your records on the Clients page. You'll find step-by-step guides for exporting data from your current EHR, plus tips for getting your files ready to upload.
