How to use the app

1. Download the app here (for MacOS only)

2. Open the downloaded .dmg file, then drag Upheal AI Notes to Applications

3. Grant permission to access microphone and system audio

4. The app will minimize to your Mac menu bar while it records

5. Remember to stop recording after your session
