🔄 Auto-Populating Form Fields Provider, practice, and client variables are now dynamic placeholders that automatically fill with the correct data when a form is sent and displayed in the Client Portal. No more manual updates after adopting a template.

📊 Likert Scales with Automatic Scoring Create custom Likert scales with assigned point values. When a client submits a form, Upheal automatically calculates the total score, so there’s no manual scoring required.

All of our clinical assessments have been updated with Likert scale scoring, and all other forms now include dynamic variables. To access the updated versions you'll need to re-adopt them from the template library.
