Set a virtual background or blur in your Upheal telehealth session before you join, so you can start the session looking exactly how you want to, whether you're at home, between appointments, or somewhere you didn't plan to be on camera.

What’s included:

• 15 curated backgrounds, chosen for therapy: neutral environments and simple gradients that feel clinical without feeling cold

• Soft or full blur: a subtle softening for a natural look, or full blur when privacy matters more than aesthetics

• Set it before or during the session: adjust from the waiting room, or change it anytime during the call

• Clients can use it too: they can blur or replace their own background which can be helpful when they're calling from a shared space, or somewhere they'd rather not show on camera
