Add automatic blank-line spacing between note sections for EHR export

For copying notes to external EHR, add automatic blank-line spacing between major sections (Subjective/Symptoms, Objectives, Interventions, Assessment, Plan, etc.) so the formatting transfers cleanly without need for manual editing.
