Right now, the AI Assistant and the way your entire billing and payment system is set up need to be completely redone. I think anyone who runs their own practice that has used SimplePractice is having a very big issue right now.
Everything in Simple Practice was extremely easy to use, and within an hour, I was able to get the entire system, both for the practice and for the individual client, done, very, very easily. It's very possible that I just don't know how to use your system, but from the past two days of use, there are so many things that need to be fixed
within your system.
I'm curious if anyone else is experiencing the same thing?
