Clarify Timezone Display for Client Reminders

It's unclear whether automated appointment reminders show the session time in the client's local timezone or the provider's timezone, which matters for providers working across different time zones. Suggested fix: explicitly document (or display in the reminder preview) which timezone is used, and ideally auto-detect and display in the client's local timezone.

I see clients in multiple time zones. I understand upheal allows them to request the appointment in their time zone or my time zone, but the clients honestly don't notice a lot of the time. I was wondering if there was a feature/ability to set a client to be in a specific time zone so every reminder they get is in THEIR time zone regardless of what time they set the appointment in. I've included the upheal roadmap request as well. This has become an increasingly common issue for me where a client requests their appointment not noticing the time zone they request it in, then become frustrated with our practice for “telling them the wrong time” even though it is in their time zone. Again, I realize this is something that would be helpful for the clients to notice themselves, but a way to avoid the problem all together would be great.

I work with clients worldwide and this is a very essential feature for appointment reminders. Clients need to have appointment reminders in their own time zone.
