Client forms consent status should show sent and incomplete states

Client Forms Summary Page

On the clients page, consents are listed as 'not collected' even when they have been sent and are awaiting a response. The status should say 'sent' for consents that have been sent but not yet answered. Also, when many consents have been collected but one is still outstanding, the page still says 'Not collected'; it should instead show a status like "Incomplete" to flag that state.
