We’re adding automatic scoring for common clinical assessment forms like PHQ 9 and GAD 7. Scores will be calculated instantly from client responses, making it easier to track progress over time without manual math.

    I used to use Blueprint Health for screeners and psychometric measures for measurement based care. I frequently use a variety of screeners beyond the PHQ 9 & GAD 7. I’d like to see more variety available

    Thanks for the request! While we’re working on a more fully built out feature for data like this and how it is used in therapy, we added a new form element in our form builder for Likert scales. This element allows for scoring that will appear in the completed form immediately after the client submits it.

    We’ve already updated the PHQ-9 and GAD-7 with that so in order to use them you’ll need to go into your forms and delete the one you currently send and then go to templates and choose the current PHQ-9 and/or GAD-7 from the list to add to your library.

    We’ll be updating the other measures we have in there ASAP.

    Would you run a spell-check on these assessments? A lot of the options have words with spaces missing, etc. Thank you!

      Hi Dr. Nam, this is Jeff Kashou, we were on a call together the other day about your chart migration. Are you able to share a screenshot of what you’re seeing and which assessments you’re encountering this issue. We replicated the forms from their source material and they were reviewed for any issues and typos, so I wonder if this might be something related to your setup. The screenshot(s) will help us troubleshoot if it is a configuration on your end or possibly some visual glitch we haven’t accounted for in certain setups. Thanks, Jeff

    This is a Great Feature. Maybe also the possibility to translate them into our own language and a way so that we as users could add an algorithm to forms doing this for the tests which we need. Thanks a lot, Marina
