💳 Card Collection Built Into Your Intake Forms

We're adding a credit card collection section to the form builder so you can gather payment information as part of your intake or onboarding forms, instead of handling it in a separate step.

In the form builder, you'll drag a "Billing Information" section into any form, the same way you add other fields today. When your client opens the form in the Client Portal, they'll enter their card details through a secure Stripe-powered flow right inside the form. Once completed, the card is saved to their profile and the form submits automatically. No card data touches Upheal's servers, only a secure token is stored for future billing.

Clients will also get a dedicated section in the Client Portal to update their card details on their own, so you don't need to chase down expired cards or re-send forms. The result is a simpler onboarding flow for clients and payment info ready to go from day one.
