Set your business details once, add signatures, and include persistent custom fields like tax info, IBAN details, or supervisor information, with templates to support different payment methods.

    The selected service type needs to appear on invoices. We need dynamic line items or "service-specific invoice labels" to accurately identify services on invoices. The current issue I’m having is that it is currently set to professional services as the default, although I can change it to Individual Therapy as it is the main treatment type that I offer, this should change depending on the service provided/selected ex. group therapy, couples, nature-based, online, in-person, extended 90-min sessions etc. Session dates currently appear on invoices, but it’s equally as important for the session time, duration, service type, even attendance ex. attended, no show, late cancel etc. to be reflected so that session fees and charges are clear. Thank you!

      Also, contractors need to be able to create one monthly invoice per clinic, with each session on its own row showing the client name, session date, time, location, attendance and charge. Nicely formatted and clearly listed. More professional and esthetic invoice formatting would be nice!

    Need to be able to add tax to invoices

    In BC Canada therapists still need to charge GST and so there needs to be a way to add tax to invoices. I know we can currently set session rates to include tax but it is important for this amount to be tracked separately for clients and practitioners. (And if I have to just include it in the session cost there needs to be able to be decimals. It totally messes up my claculations for tax owed if I have to round the session rate with tax to the nearest dollar.)

    Remove address from invoices

    As a solo practice that works from home I do not have a physical address aside from my personal address. I don’t like having my home address on client invoices/receipts. Can you please make the address field optional for all client facing documents?

    please include session date on the invoice, along w/ the diagnosis. Reimbursement for OON insurance will never repay without this.

    In the meantime, would it be possible to add the patient diagnosis into the invoice?
