Flag or filter claims with unbilled copay or coinsurance

Right now there's no clear signal when a client owes a balance after a claim is paid. When the payer pays and the client owes a copay or coinsurance, the only way to find it is to open each claim on the client's page and create an invoice by hand from there. With no flag or color indicator, a copay is easy to miss.

Make claims with unbilled client responsibility more visible. Any of these would help:

• A flag or color on claims that have patient responsibility but no invoice yet

• A filter or list view showing all claims with an unbilled copay or coinsurance

• An option to create the invoice automatically when the claim posts
