Let Clients Manage Their Own Info in the Portal

We're adding a Profile and Settings section to the Client Portal so clients can update their personal details, emergency contacts, and communication preferences themselves.

Today, if a client changes their phone number or needs to update an emergency contact, you're the one making the edit. That creates extra admin work and means client records can easily fall out of date. With this update, clients will have a dedicated settings area where they can keep their own information current, choose how they prefer to be contacted, and manage emergency contacts directly. Changes sync to your records automatically, so you always have accurate data without the manual upkeep.

This keeps client information fresher, reduces support requests, and gives your clients more ownership over their own care details.
