Note Protection

Hi. With the current assault on minoritized clients, I want my notes to always operate on a specific set of rules. Is there a way to force the notes to do certain things (e.g. No one is gendered in my notes — “client”, EVERYONE’s spouse (or bf/gf) is “partner”, “Medical procedure” — reproductive care)?
