We're adding the ability to upload files directly into an Assistant conversation. Drop in a PDF, a spreadsheet, or a document, and the Assistant can read it, answer questions about it, and use it to get work done.

Think of what that unlocks: hand it an old note template and ask it to recreate it in Upheal, share a client list to import, or upload a document and ask for the key points. Instead of files being something you store, they become something the Assistant can act on.

    We’re excited to announce that you can now upload files directly into your Upheal Assistant conversations. Simply attach a photo, PDF, or text file (CSV, TXT, MD, JSON) right in the chat and ask questions about it.

    What this means for you

    • Drop in a referral letter, assessment, or Treatment Plan from your old EHR and get the details you need—without retyping anything.

    • Hand the Assistant an old note template and ask it to recreate it in Upheal.

    • Share a client list to import, or upload any document and ask for the key points.

    Instead of files being something you just store, they’re now something the Assistant can actively read, summarize, and use to get work done.
