Provider notification when a client submits a form

It would be helpful if providers received a notification when a client submits a form through the Client Portal.

Right now, completed forms only appear in the client’s profile under the Forms tab, so providers must manually check for new submissions and we don’t know the forms have been submitted until we look in the client’s chart.

A notification (in‑app alert, or push would be the best options since I don’t want to have to look at email to get the message) when a form is submitted would help providers review responses sooner and reduce the need to manually check client charts. The notification should have a link in it that would open the form if clicked on.
