Scheduling in the Client Portal

We’re bringing scheduling into the Client Portal so clients can manage appointments in one place. Clients will be able to view upcoming sessions, access join links, cancel appointments, and book a new time through self scheduling, reducing confusion and back and forth with providers.

    it would be helpful if we could specifically tie certain self-scheduling links for services specifically to patients. owning a private practice and freelancing for someone else, it limits the confusion for which clients can schedule which sessions tied to billing services. there’s multiple options for follow up

    Multiple of my clients are reporting they are unable to self schedule. This may be a user error on my end, but I wanted to see if anyone was running into the same issue?

      @Brenton Kirschner Thanks a lot for flagging this, and sorry your clients are running into trouble.


      To help us narrow it down, could you share a bit more detail:

      • Are they trying to self‑schedule via the web client portal or the mobile app?

      • Are they booking a brand‑new session, or trying to reschedule an existing one?

      • Do you know if it happens for all clients or just specific ones (e.g. only new clients, or only certain services)?

      Once we have this info, we can try to reproduce the issue on our side and see if it is a configuration problem or a bug.

    Scheduling - Linking

    I’d love for there to be a singular option for a client to see all my services instead of needing to list them all out on my website in separate hyperlinks (e.g. individual counseling 30, 45, and 60 minutes)… same service, but different length. I’d like to let the client pick what they believe is appropriate for them, bar the exception of the initial intake which every client requires. — Ideally, I’d like for my website to be a useful tool to direct them to the place where they can schedule (again, without listing each service as a separate link).

      Side thought regarding this… it would be helpful if the first scheduled session MUST BE an intake session in order to provide background information, conduct PHQ-9, GAD-7, gather emergency contact information, etc from the client(s).

    Scheduling

    Please add the options for clients to be able to reschedule, and cancel appointment without having to reach out to provider, and doing the back and forth which the self scheduling claim to support but it still leave room for more back and forth if a client needs to reschedule, or cancel, etc.
