Clients will access messaging through a new mobile app available on iOS and Android, making it easy to stay connected on the go. Conversations stay organized, secure, and linked to the client record.
This makes it simpler to handle everyday coordination like rescheduling, quick questions, and billing clarifications reducing back-and-forth and creating a smoother experience for both sides.
