Upload Treatment Plan from PDF

Similar to the feature where practice forms can be uploaded in PDF form for migration to Upheal, it would be great if we could have a similar facility for treatment plans.

There could be a simple formatting guide (Area, goal, objective, intervention, modality) which would allow easy parsing by the Upheal AI. This would save me HOURS.
