Visual tracking and automatic assessment?

Hello, I use assessments (some unusual ones, like the Massachusetts General Hospital (MGH) Hair Pulling Scale). Would be great if there could be a feature not only for automatic scoring beyond the common assessments such as PHQ-9/GAD-7, but also quick visual graphing for therapists (and clients?) to see how the scoring results shift from week-to-week.
