Secure Messaging (iOS & Android Apps for Clients)
We’re introducing secure messaging inside the Client Portal — so therapists and clients can communicate in one protected place instead of relying on email.
Clients will access messaging through a new mobile app available on iOS and Android, making it easy to stay connected on the go. Conversations stay organized, secure, and linked to the client record.
This makes it simpler to handle everyday coordination like rescheduling, quick questions, and billing clarifications reducing back-and-forth and creating a smoother experience for both sides.

Wll messaging be available on a PC or is it only available using a smartphone? Having both options would be ideal.

For the initial launch, secure messaging will be:
Available in the mobile app for clients (iOS & Android)
Available on the web for therapists
Longer term, we’re exploring adding web access for clients as well so both sides can choose the device that works best for them. Would that setup work for you and your clients, or is a client web version important for your workflow from the start?

Client email list
It would be extremely useful to be able to download my whole client list in order to be able to send practice-wide announcements about fee increases, changes to the practice, etc.

Message patients in telehealth waiting room
It would be helpful to be able to send a messages/chat to patients that log on to the telehealth platform before starting the session. This would help to be able to let them know if you are running a little late with your current patient.

Great feature, solid move towards an integrative AI copilot/ clinical practice manager. Would need to see certain features to integrate as a primary tool . More specifically- can you build int an auto responder and templates ?
