Automated Superbills
Requesting ability to send superbills to clients automatically each month. Sending each superbill to each client via email is extremely time consuming and not best practices for privacy. This is an area where Upheal is really lagging behind competitors.

Auto-invoicing
to occur at some point after sessions (options for immediately after, 3 hours after, at end of business day, etc) so I don’t have to individually create and send each invoice manually please!

Autopay
Requesting a feature to set clients to autopay so that sessions invoice and charge the card on file each day automatically, and to send superbills automatically each month. This is the biggest admin hurdle with Upheal’s system right now as compared to my previous EHR.

I would also love to be able to (manually) send invoices and superbills with selectable/custom time frames. Currently superbills can only be sent for one month at a time,but sometimes a bulk superbill is asked for by clients. I also love the suggestion of having an auto-send feature for both invoices andsuperbills.
