🤖🤖🤖 AI Agents for Your Practice, Including Your Own

We're expanding the Assistant into AI agents, background routines that handle recurring work without being asked. Session Prep is the first. Next come agents for things like keeping an eye on outstanding balances, tracking intake progress, and flagging compliance gaps before they become problems.

You'll decide exactly how much each agent can do: read-only, ask before acting, or handle it automatically. And you won't be limited to our agents. You'll be able to create your own with custom instructions, so an agent can follow the rules of your practice, not a generic one.

The goal is simple: the admin work that piles up between sessions gets done in the background, and you review the results.

The Assistant now runs routines in the background. Session Prep gets you ready for each session, and Billing wrap-up helps you close out billing for self-pay sessions. In the Assistant’s routine settings you can adjust the built-in routines or create your own with custom instructions, so they follow how your practice works. Tell us which routines you want next.

I’d also like to add the ability to send forms in general automatically. I work with some insurance companies that require a client signature confirming sessions were attended. I call them an Encounter Form. I’d like for them to automatically sent via the portal after every session is completed.

Recurring assessments - I’d like to be able to schedule recurring assessments to select clients as noted by Sonya Pertti-Hull below. This is very important as I do not want to have to remember to whom I need to send assessments every week. Note that both Simple Practice and Headway have this capability. I would like to transfer everything to one EHR and I like your platform the best but there are still some missing pieces that are important to my clinical functioning. Your attention would be appreciated.

    Workflow for recurring assessments

Can you create a feature to schedule sending recurring assessments individually or in a packet form 48 hours before an appointment on a recurring basis of every other appointment cadence to clients who have upcoming individual therapy or intensive sessions?

Your AI is trained to be mental health specific. An AI receptionist feature along with auto insurance billing would be a game changer for solo practictioners just starting out
