📊 Create Practice Charts and Reports (live in Beta)
We're teaching the Assistant to turn your practice data into charts. Ask "show me my revenue by month this year" or "chart this client's PHQ-9 scores over time" and get a visual answer, not a wall of numbers.
This works for both sides of your practice: business questions like income, caseload, and no-show patterns, and clinical questions like symptom trends and progress toward goals. The data is already in Upheal. This makes it something you can actually see.

this is critical. We need good reports to pay people who work for us and to be able to tell what is coming in.

It's free for everyone while in beta. After beta, Reports will be part of the paid plan, with custom Assistant charts in the Assistant Pro add-on.

These aren’t reports, they are just pictures. We need actual reports we can use in spreadsheets.

month view of payments/revenue
It would be great to be able to view each month’s payments collectively, as a list or a bar graph, to keep track of revenue across the year.

Practice income amount
On the main page, which for most of us is the calendar, somewhere on the top right of the screen, there should be a total invoice amount for the month that we have brought in. Watching that number go up, maybe comparatively to other months, with some tracker to show where we are on par with what the monthly income was the past month or what the projection could be for this year. I think that could be very, very helpful

Generating Report of Attendance
Am wondering if Upheal has any plans for clinicians to be able to generate reports of attendance along with CPT code, Date of service and full name (ex. March 2026)?
