Add dictation to an existing generated note after sessions

Dictate Into A Note Which Has Been Generated via video conference, phone or inperson.

Allow dictating into a note which has been generated via video conference, phone or in-person.

This is available even after I dictate or write a note and I generate it… I can come back and add to the dictation. It would be great to have the same option after conducting any session. So to input clinical thoughts, details not noted by transcript, and without having to type it into the already generated note. Then we can regenerate it. I talk better and faster than type.
