Add multiple mp3 or wav files to create a note.

For example, I have a session with a kid, and then I call Mom later to talk about updates, be able to add that phone call. I already have an app that allows me to download the call, I just need to upload and add it as collateral.

Or I'm doing case management for a client and talk to 3 different people at different times of the day. I want to add all of those together.
