Fax?
As you develop the infrastructure, I'm wondering if you might consider offering an integrated fax system to send/receive faxes in a HIPAA compliant way. One of my niches is treating BFRBs (body focused repetitive behaviors) and a second niche is breast cancer mental health, so being able to fax with dermatologists and oncologists could be helpful. It would be great to be able to block out time slots for things other than Sessions or Time Off. Being able to customize as needed (meetings, other appointments, events, courses/study, etc) would be great. ALSO, color blocking specific events so at a glance you can tell what is going on that day/week, etc.

Hello! There was an option to populate a new note from a recorded session SOAP note. It was called “intake- medical necessity.” It is no longer there. How do I bring this back? Or, how do I make a new template? I do not have a “new template” button

Request to Add Farsi Language Support to Upheal Platform
Dear Upheal Team, I hope you are well. I have been using Upheal for the past year and have found it to be a valuable tool in my clinical work. I work with several Farsi-speaking clients, and it has been challenging that the platform does not currently support the Farsi language. As a result, I am unable to fully utilize Upheal’s features when conducting sessions in Farsi, which limits its effectiveness in serving this population. I would like to formally request that Farsi be added as a supported language. I believe many therapists and healthcare professionals who work with Farsi-speaking clients would greatly benefit from having this option available. Expanding language support would not only enhance accessibility but also increase the platform’s inclusivity and usability across diverse communities. Thank you for considering this request. I’d love for there to be a singular option for a client to see all my services instead of needing to list them all out on my website in separate hyperlinks (e.g. individual counseling 30, 45, and 60 minutes)… same service, but different length. I’d like to let the client pick what they believe is appropriate for them, bar the exception of the initial intake which every client requires. — Ideally, I’d like for my website to be a useful tool to direct them to the place where they can schedule (again, without listing each service as a separate link).

It would be great to be able to generate official letters (or at least an outline or template) based on the client summary, for the purposes of a disability claim, other legal matters, medical interventions or referrals, social services requests, etc.

The ability to upload documents, with the option to either share or not share with clients. Because there are often things we share with clients and/or things that are created in session it would be helpful to be able to store these in their electronic file, rather than storing in a separate system.

Requesting ability to send superbills to clients automatically each month. Sending each superbill to each client via email is extremely time consuming and not best practices for privacy. This is an area where Upheal is really lagging behind competitors.

AI Notes Support for Czech and Korean languages
Given that Upheal has been incubated in Czechia ;) we would love to have Czech language support for AI Notes! Korean language would be great as well, as I have many colleagues in Korea who could use this. I understand it only supports English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Mandarin, or Hindi right now.

I’d love the ability to keep using Smart Sections (custom AI prompts in templates) without needing the full Premium plan. Smart Sections are the only Premium feature I rely on Right now, Starter doesn’t include Smart Sections, and the AI assistant confirmed that they stop functioning after downgrading. I’d really appreciate an option such as: a Smart‑Sections‑only add‑on a lower‑cost tier that includes custom prompts or any alternative that allows continued access to Smart Sections without the full Premium bundle This would make a huge difference for clinicians like me who don’t need the rest of the Premium features but depend heavily on custom prompts. Case Snapshot Reflects only one client of couple
The case snapshot generated by the AI seems to only address one of the clients in the couple. Subsequently the Treatment Plan formulation does not take the second client into consideration either. This makes these functions almost useless for couples clients. Is this being addressed? Thank you.
