Bill Insurance under Couple or Family Session
Need the ability to bill insurance for couples and family sessions. Also the ability to potentially enter two insurance cards (and credit card) for couple or family sessions, allowing the client to decide whose insurance or card they want billed for each session. As the clinician having the ability to select whose profile to bill for that day.

Upheal desperately needs a Session-to-Revenue Reconciliation Dashboard
Practice management requires verifying that every completed session has been fully documented and billed. Right now, this requires manual cross-referencing across four separate views: Calendar, Sessions, Billing, and Reports. The need: A single reconciliation report or dashboard that shows, for each session in a date range: Session date, client, duration Progress note generated? (yes/no, status) Note signed off? (yes/no, date) Invoice created? (yes/no, amount, status) Payment received? (yes/no, amount, date) Match status: ✓ (all steps complete) or ⚠ (missing note, unsigned note, no invoice, no payment, or amount mismatch) Why this matters: Without this view, therapists must manually verify the chain for every session each week — a process prone to errors and gaps. A built-in checklist prevents unbilled sessions, unsigned notes, and missed payments from slipping through. Ideal outcome: A weekly or custom-date-range report showing which sessions are fully reconciled and which ones need follow-up action. This is a basic Practice Management workflow need, and it should be already built in to this platform. Please develop this immediately! Sitting here on a Friday afternoon, manually cross referencing is a huge pain…

Treatment Plan Template- URGENT
We need a way to attach or use our customized Treatment Plan template directly, without requiring the creation of a session or having to attach the template as a PDF. Ideally, the customized template should be available as a standalone Treatment Plan option that can be used directly when needed.

How Refer To Clients
Have option in Client area for “preferred name”; however, when setting up notes does not provide that as an option on how to refer to the client in our notes.

I need to delete a template. It’s disturbing knowing that if I create a template I can’t delete it if obsolete.

Public URL for pre-call questionnaire.
Hello, Thank you for having a place to request features. I really want to have a link I can post on my website and on social media to let people answer a few questions to get on a call with me, without me having to enter their email. I'll have to use Google Forms for that for now. Thank you, Annie

UK date format
It would be helpful for UK therapists to be able to change the date format settings to DD/MM/YYYY to stop any confusion for both therapist and client.

Prospective, Active, Inactive Clients
It would be super helpful to be able to easily differentiate which clients in the list are prospective clients, active, or inactive. Possibly having a separate screen for potential clients so it is not intermixed with active clients.

want a “primary client with family sessions” workflow, so all services under one umbrella and billing too.

AI modifications
It would be really nice if I want every note shortened with client quotes that I wouldn’t have to to that individually for each note after it is generated but, that modification could be saved and used as part of the initial note generated.

Cursor location unable to click beyond the final period.
When trying to copy only one line in a note, I am unable to place my cursor beyond the end of the line. If my mouse doesn't sit in exactly the right spot, then the highlighted section gets incorrectly highlighted. Sometimes it highlights more than I want, and other times, it highlights less. I would like to be able to click in the space that is unoccupied by words at the end of a line of text, and click and drag from there, to highlight that line. Additionally, I am noticing lag in highlighting text and typing text. Not sure if this is my computer or not, but it only happens in this app, and doesn't happen in this "feature request".

Auto-save drafts in note input before generation
Description: When I type or dictate text in the session note input before hitting "generate note," the draft disappears if I navigate away or refresh the page. It would be helpful to auto-save that draft text so I don't lose work in progress. Use case: I often compose notes in stages, step away to check something, or accidentally refresh. Being able to return to an in-progress draft would reduce rework and frustration.

Please make it so I can just have Capture as the main page or at least not be hidden by the chat button. It's more relevant to me than either home or calendar and it's annoying that it gets in the way.

Identifying info at the top of each session
I need to have back the persistent header at the top of each session with all identifying information displayed at once (rather than in a collapsible panel) - as it was before.

Client Task Management — Track Follow-ups and Action Items
Task/To-Do List for Clients Add a dedicated task or to-do list section in each client's profile so therapists can track open items, follow-ups, and action items without having to dig through chart notes. This would include things like: Follow-up tasks from sessions Administrative items to complete Reminders for next session Client homework or assignments to check on Currently, therapists have to use chart notes to track these items, which means clicking into the client's profile every time to see what's pending. A dedicated task list would streamline workflow and reduce friction.

Being able to use the “private notes” template during this recording/session would be really really helpful! Instead of having to write it on separate notes, then copy and paste only after the notes have been transcribed. <3</p>

Auto-populate session details from calendar appointments
When I click on a scheduled appointment in the calendar, I'd like the option to create a session that automatically pulls the appointment's date, time, and duration. This would let me jump straight to writing or dictating my progress note without manually adjusting session data. Currently, creating a session requires me to manually adjust/enter the time and length each time, even though that information already exists in the linked calendar appointment. A one-click flow from calendar → pre-filled session → note would save time on every session. Thank you!
