It would be helpful for Upheal to include the option to create a clinical will in the app. Not only will this allow for seamless transition and updating of the clinical will within a secure system, but it will also draw the clinical trustees and next of kin to the site, which may increase engagement with your product.

Use Calendar without email
I would like to be able to use the calendar without adding emails to clients. I work for two different agencies that have their own EHR. I use upheal primarily for documentation support and clients receiving emails about appointments through upheal would add unnecessary confusion. It would be helpful for me to be able to add appointments to my schedule to be able to see both schedules in one location. With the additional features with the assistant being able to preview the day, this would be an added benefit.

Todo or Tasks lists
It would be awesome to have to today’s tasks list in the system that the Ai assistant can create for us. Please add end dates to recurring scheduling. Otherwise, if the first in a series gets deleted or changed, I have no way to change future recurrences except one by one, and they go on forever. As such, please add more delete options as well.

I wanted to reach out and ask: Is client data for Australian users currently stored and processed within Australia (e.g., on an Australian AWS region), or is it hosted in the EU or US? Is there any plans to offer Australian data localisation as a standard feature or as an enterprise option? Is there any existing configuration (similar to your enterprise AWS/Azure siloed environment option) that would allow Australian practitioners to keep data within Australia? Thank you.

Session & Note option for Parent - Child Sessions
I’ve tried using the Couples note templates for parent-child sessions, but it usually identifies the adult as the client and I have to edit a lot. It also confuses speech from the mother with that of therapist (female voice). Adding this feature would be very useful for me!

The cost of credit card services is crushing for many small practices. e-transfers (direct bank to bank with email or text notifications) is extremely common, and ofter a no-fee service for both the sender and recipient. This payment form integrated into booking (including payment at time of booking) is a massive win for providers and cleints alike (particularly those clients who may be financially challenged and no access to a credit card)
