I used to be able to pick a template other than my default (DAP) from the app but now it does not allow me to do so. I would like DAP to be my default but I would like the option to change it to intake, couple or coaching as needed please on my app.

Notifications
On the menu bar on the left side, there should be an option for notifications of things that we need to take care of, similar to what they have in Simple Practice. For example: if there are notes that need to be finished or signed if there are billings that need to be finalized or settled that we have not documented yet if there are no emails or texts that need to be sent out to clients or to insurances There should be a notification bar with the number of different items that still need to be taken care of

Incomplete client forms
A “Pending forms” button (perhaps in the forms or clients session) that takes you to a screen that lists all clients with outstanding forms so I can quickly chase them up from one screen, rather than having to search for outstanding forms manually.

1. When we complete a virtual session using Upheal and AI notes are turned on, we get the "Session ended" window, and we have to select the Modality every time. I’d like this to be prepopulated based on the modality selected in our account settings. 2. Same with editing an invoice, we are required to select the modality. Ideally, the primary modality set in our account settings should automatically prepopulate this field. This would be a huge time-saver.

Right now the default is for sessions to be 50min in length when scheduling. Technically, insurance companies regulate the length of a session to be at least 53min when using the most common CPT procedural code, 90837. I am wondering if we can work to customize the length of our sessions so that it automatically defaults to that time.

Thank you for adding the “Other” category. It would also be helpful to be able to make custom repeats. I need to schedule events that occur on specific dates (the 1st, the 10th, etc), not days or by weekly increments. Also, it would be amazing to be able to have colors for specific types of events, so that I we can tell what is going on at a glance. Thanks!

There should be an option to automatically create super bills on your end at the end of the month for each individual client. Additionally, super bills should be able to be created even if there is an invoice that is unpaid. Right now, your system is not allowing super bills to be created if there is a balance owed
