Which specific mental health screenings or assessments you’d like to use (for example PHQ‑9, GAD‑7 etc.)
How you’d ideally want them to appear in Upheal (standalone assessment, part of intake, recurring during treatment, etc.)
Any reporting or scoring needs you have (e.g., automatic scoring, tracking changes over time).
Upheal already includes customizable forms that many clinicians use for screenings, so this context will help us see whether we should extend existing forms or add dedicated assessment workflows for you.
