Adjust right-hand Client Information Panel

The Client Information Panel on the right-hand side of the Upheal interface has three sub-panels (Client Details, Default Template, Data Processing Consent), each of which can be expanded/collapsed.

By default, they are expanded, but the Client Details panel has so much information that the other panels get pushed down and out of sight.

I didn’t even know they were there for months, and had to go hunting to change client default templates when I created my own template.

Please have those three subpanels collapsed by default so all options are easily visible and accessible.
