We're adding the ability to generate clinical documents directly from your session history and client summary. Starting with discharge summaries and clinical letters, Upheal will draft these documents using the data it already has, including session themes, treatment progress, and diagnosis, so you review and finalize rather than writing from scratch.

Discharge summaries will pull from the full arc of treatment to produce a comprehensive overview. Clinical letters for disability documentation, court requests, or referrals will draw on relevant session details and your client summary to give you a solid first draft. You'll review, edit, and approve every document before it goes anywhere, the same workflow you're already used to with session notes.
