AI Generation: Psychotherapy Note

Could we have the ability to generate a “private note”/Psychotherapy Note using an AI template, that is clearly identified as not a part of the clients file? Would like to use AI to generate things in greater details things such as “direct quotes” from the client—items that would be helpful for me to remember later, but I don’t put in progress notes for privacy purposes. Thanks!
