AI Notes Support for Czech and Korean languages

Given that Upheal has been incubated in Czechia ;) we would love to have Czech language support for AI Notes! Korean language would be great as well, as I have many colleagues in Korea who could use this.

I understand it only supports English, Spanish, Portuguese, German, French, Italian, Mandarin, or Hindi right now.
