App Recording time, chime: GLOBAL SETTING?

I thought this was avaialbe but can not find it, and your chat says it is not. Currently my Recording App (on OS) gives me a chime at 50 minutes and stops recoridng around 70 minutes. Your AI help says I need to set this everytime, after I launch the recording. Is there not a global setting to apply each time I start recording?

    Hello Todd,

    The settings are located on the Recorder screen and can be accessed by pressing the gear icon in the top-right corner.

    These settings are off by default and persist across recordings, meaning they are applied globally. To access them, you need to open the Recorder screen, but you don’t need to start a recording.

      Thank you neither I nor your AI assisted help followed the reasoning behind that UX. We both presumed that since the setting had to be adjusted on a client page versus on the “home” page that the settings would apply to the client, not globally.
