App Recording time, chime: GLOBAL SETTING?

I thought this was avaialbe but can not find it, and your chat says it is not. Currently my Recording App (on OS) gives me a chime at 50 minutes and stops recoridng around 70 minutes. Your AI help says I need to set this everytime, after I launch the recording. Is there not a global setting to apply each time I start recording?
