🎨 Whiteboard in Telehealth Sessions
We're scoping a shared whiteboard inside Upheal's telehealth sessions, so you and your client can draw, sketch, and write together in real time without leaving the call to open another tool.
For therapists working with kids and teens who engage better with something visual, walking through a diagram with an adult client, or sketching out a genogram or a thought map together, this replaces the awkward dance of switching to a third-party whiteboard or sharing a screen. You draw, your client draws, and what you create together stays with the session.
This is in early scoping. If a whiteboard would change how you run telehealth with certain clients or modalities, drop a comment with what you'd actually use it for. The more specific, the easier it is to build something that earns its place in the call.

Is it also possible to prepare videos in advance for each client so they are ready to go and easy to share, rather than sharing my screen and playing them from an external source? Another platform offered this, and I thought it was an amazing feature!

Upheal Telehealth Environment Needs a WHITEBOARD!
It would be really helpful to have a built‑in whiteboard in the telehealth environment.
This would allow therapists to draw, write, or visually explain concepts during sessions without needing external tools. I use this all the time in my Zoom sessions but I would like to cancel my Zoom account now that I am using Upheal!
A simple whiteboard with drawing, text, and basic shapes would make sessions more interactive and easier for clients to follow

I would like to be able to share handouts and worksheets with client’s in-session and be able to mark them up during the session.

Add things like whiteboard, games, ways to engage
Recently I have had younger clients that I have to use other apps with like Teleo to play games and use the whiteboard option for them to draw etc. It would be great to try and incorporate these as well.

So i use several of the platforms for my insurance-funded clients and recently used a platform where the telehealth sessions allowed for not only a whiteboard but also for worksheets to be pulled up. This platform had an extensive library of worksheets and scales that could be pulled up directly in the telehealth session. I would LOVE for upheal to implement some options like that!!!
