Feature Request: Allow Videos to be saved to a secure external drive!

It would be helpful if Upheal could save the video recording of a telehealth session (not just the audio) so it can be stored in secure external cloud storage. Currently, session capture only records audio, and video recordings must be handled outside the platform. Having a built‑in option to store the video file securely would make recordkeeping and supervision workflows much easier. Zoom offers this, and until Upheal does, I will still have to pay for a Zoom account any time I am doing certain kinds of sessions which require saving the video recording. Help me to cut the cord from Zoom altogether!!!

Couples and Family Telehealth

It would be great if I could meet with multiple people signing in from different places. I sometimes work with a family of four and myself, so 5 people or at least 3 (a couple signing in from differing places and myself) and still have stability of the system.

When Telehealth disconnects, ability to get back on with the client

I had a telehealth session that was very static, I disconnected half way through session and reconnected to see if there was improvement, it was challenging to get back on a session with the client through the schedule screen. I had to create a new session and then progress notes were two separate notes instead of one. Maybe there is a different way to get back onto the call with the same client (Maybe there is a way already and I didn’t figure out how)?

🎨 Whiteboard in Telehealth Sessions

We're scoping a shared whiteboard inside Upheal's telehealth sessions, so you and your client can draw, sketch, and write together in real time without leaving the call to open another tool. For therapists working with kids and teens who engage better with something visual, walking through a diagram with an adult client, or sketching out a genogram or a thought map together, this replaces the awkward dance of switching to a third-party whiteboard or sharing a screen. You draw, your client draws, and what you create together stays with the session. This is in early scoping. If a whiteboard would change how you run telehealth with certain clients or modalities, drop a comment with what you'd actually use it for. The more specific, the easier it is to build something that earns its place in the call.
