We need a straightforward way to assign clients to team members directly from the UI. Currently, when a new provider joins the team, there's no visible interface to designate which clients they'll be managing.
The problem: After inviting a colleague and they create their account, there's no UI control (on the client profile, contract details, or team-member settings) to add them as a provider on a client's contract. This forces admins to contact support for what should be a basic operational task.
What we need: A provider-assignment interface—either:
- A "Providers" or "Team" section on each client's profile where admins can add/remove providers, or
- A bulk assignment feature in Team Members settings to assign multiple clients at once to a new provider
Why it matters: Managing a training team requires quick, independent control over who sees which clients' records and can document care. This is essential for onboarding new team members and redistributing caseloads.
