Auto-deactivate inactive clients after configurable inactivity threshold

Feature Suggestion: Automated Inactivity Tracking and Inactive Client Offboarding Workflow

Add an automated background workflow for managing inactive caseloads. Therapists should be able to set an inactivity threshold (e.g., 30 days without a session and no future appointments scheduled). Once a client hits this threshold, the system should automatically:

  1. Send a customized warning message informing them that they need to schedule an appointment or their patient portal access will be deactivated.

  2. Automatically deactivate the client's account if they do not respond by scheduling within a set grace period.

  3. Send a follow-up notification informing them of the deactivation and letting them know they can return at any time by contacting the office.

This would eliminate the need to manually run reports and manage follow-ups, saving significant administrative time for caseload maintenance.
