Automatically invoicing clients after insurance payments

I just discovered that after insurance pays (which changes based on deductibles and based on different billing codes) that Upheal doesn’t automatically invoice the client’s account for that remaining amount due. This creates a cumbersome step. Can you make this automatic?

    And I want the option for it to not automatically charge but I do want to be able to see very clearly new invoices so i don’t have to go hunting for them. I am almost positive I have missed creating an invoice because I can’t easily see new claims that have been paid and which clients those claims belong to. Yes I can see the often big remittances but that adds so many steps.

    Agreed, this would be great and help a lot with organization. Otherwise you’re going back to claims all the time, different payers have different timelines, you’re never going to feel organized without this being automated.
