Hi Upheal team,
I have recently started using Upheal and am very impressed with its note generation, client organisation and longitudinal summaries. I would like to use it consistently within my private practice, but the lack of bulk export currently prevents me from treating it as my primary clinical-record system.
As a practitioner working under EU/UK GDPR requirements, I need to be able to retrieve a client’s complete record efficiently for continuity of care, record-retention purposes, data-access requests, transfer to another system or closure of an account. Downloading every session note individually would become impractical over a longer therapeutic relationship.
Would you consider adding:
export of all final notes for an individual client;
export by selected date range;
whole-practice/account export;
a choice of PDF and a structured format such as CSV, DOCX or JSON;
the option to export final notes without raw transcripts;
clear retention and deletion options following export.
Ideally, notes could be combined into one chronological document per client or downloaded together in a clearly organised folder.
This would be more than a convenience feature. It would give practitioners confidence that they retain control of their clinical records and are not dependent on continued access to the platform. For me, it would make the difference between using Upheal as a helpful transcription tool and being able to use it as the main home for coded clinical notes.
