Hi @Jennifer Rodriguez, thanks for your feedback!
We are currently working on solutions for both of the points. 1. We will add support for appointment statuses (Show, No Show, Provider Canceled, etc.) - we will also introduce some automations based on these statuses
2. We will enable scheduling events (which is basically a non-client appointment to meet with supervisors, colleagues, or anyone else). Below is also an exploration of inviting someone as a guest when the email entered is not associated with any existing clients.
