CAR Scores

It would be nice to have a feature for AI to calculate CAR scores. Oklahoma Medicaid requires us to put in CAR Scores and justify why we picked what level we assigned for each domain. It would be nice to have a feature for AI to suggest CAR Score levels for each domain with a short justification.
