Thank you for reporting this. We looked into it and confirmed it was a bug on our side.
When a claim was rejected by the clearinghouse, we were receiving the reason but not displaying it, so the claim showed as rejected with nothing to explain why. This is now fixed and will be included in Monday morning's release.
No action is needed on your side — the reason will appear on your existing rejected claims as soon as the update is live.
Clearinghouse wording can be brief, so if a reason isn't clear enough to act on, let us know which claim it is and we'll help you work out what needs changing.
