Collateral Contacts

I’d like there to be a way to incorporate clinically relevant information gathered from collateral contacts into the generated clinical records, such as the treatment plan (i.e. if a parent is reporting an increase/decrease in symptoms or behaviors). It is not unusual for parents to provide a lot of relevant context through phone/email without actually being present for a session.
