Combining multiple audio files

We need a way to combine multiple audio files. For example sometimes I record using an MP3 recorder and then I upload into upheal. Also sometimes I might meet with a client and then have a conversation that is separate from the client maybe with a contact or parent and I need to add the two audio files.
