copy note forward

hello, I typically complete all of my notes wiht the following types of statements.

"Plan: CBT and ACT Treatment for Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Social Anxiety Disorder, and Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder, with next session focusing on interoceptive exposures while driving."

I cannot figure out a way to "copy forward" the first part of the paragraph (up until the words "....Personality Disorder") when doing a custom note template. I don't want to have a custom note template because it is particular to each patient. For example and I don't want it tied to the official diagnoses or therapy modalities in the file because the list of modalities that I list here are ALL of the modalities that I do in the treatment and in this final section, these are just the modalities and interventions that I am currently doing. Is this possible, either using the smart edit feature or with specific language in the custom note?
