"Correcting" errors in a transcript

Sometimes a word or name is transcribed incorrectly in a session transcript. If I notice an error and remember what was actually said, I wish I could make an annotation or comment on that line in the transcript to make note of it for myself or my clinical supervisor (even if this does not correct the actual transcript). I’m imagining something like a comment in a Word doc or Google Doc that would show up when viewing the transcript in Upheal (and ideally when downloading it, too).
