Custom ICD code short-list with specifiers for DSM diagnoses

Allow changing or creating a short-list of ICD codes so more clinical data or clarification can be utilized. For example: F34.1 ICD for Upheal is Dysthymic, and it should be possible to add specifiers such as F34.1 Persistent Depressive Disorder, early onset, with anxious distress with persistent major depressive episode, moderate, which informs much more than just Dysthymic. This could be an option to create and save a list for the practice, or to keep using the Upheal wording.
