Customizable colors for appointment types and events

Allow assigning different colors to appointment types and calendar events for easier visual organization, for example: in-person appointments one color, telehealth appointments another, canceled appointments a distinct color, meetings/events a separate color, reminders/admin tasks another, and time off its own color. Users should be able to customize these colors based on their preferences rather than having predetermined colors. This would make it easier to quickly glance at the calendar and identify telehealth versus in-person sessions, cancellations, meetings, and other responsibilities without opening each event.
