Option to add a second email address for clients

Add an option to store a second email address for a client, for cases such as minors, spouses, or sometimes the secretary. The customer notes this was discussed a while ago and no update has been heard since.

Show participant names on couples/family calendar events

When I view my calendar, couples and family therapy appointments show only the account initials (e.g., "V.S."). This makes it impossible to know which individuals I'm seeing without clicking into the account! I need to see at least the participants' first names—ideally full names—either directly on the calendar event or when I click to view details. This is essential for session prep and knowing who's actually showing up. Currently I have to leave the calendar, navigate to the couple's account, and come back just to see who I'm meeting with. For a busy practice with multiple couples, this is a real workflow blocker. Why it matters: Better calendar visibility = faster session prep and fewer mix-ups about who's attending.

Opening session capture from a calendar appt

When putting in calendar appointments for clients I am seeing on other platforms it would be great to open a ‘session capture’ from that appointment instead of only having the option to “start the call”.

Synched Calendars

It would be great if imported sessions (e.g. from Headway) would show up on the Homepage as upcoming sessions.

Setting appointments

When setting appointments currently the options are: weekly the other week monthly There should also be an option for how many sessions, 1 through 25 or even 50, so that we know how many sessions that person is going to be seen on that specific date. Some clients pay for a certain number of sessions, so they should be given a specific number of appointments, and that should be able to be booked within the calendar. Or there should be an end date. For example, if I put in August 1st, there should be an end date of December 1st

📅 Self-Scheduling for New Clients

We're adding a public booking page for each therapist so prospective clients can pick a service, choose an available time, and request a session without any back-and-forth. You'll get a shareable link (like /book/dr-jane-smith) that you can put on your website, directory listing, or anywhere else potential clients find you. When someone books through the page, you'll be notified and can confirm or decline the request before it's finalized. The client becomes a new record in your system automatically. You control which services are available for new clients versus existing ones, so you can offer an intake session publicly while keeping follow-up services limited to your current caseload. Existing clients who land on the page can identify themselves and get routed to their own scheduling options.

Apple iCal Calandar Sync

For all of us living in the Apple ecosystem, it's almost impossible to use your EHR without having our calendars synced with our Upheal calendars. It is critical that patients don’t book when we are booked for other events, and likewise we need to know real time when a patient books by having it populate our personal/clinic ical cladar so we dont double book - or miss an appointment.
