✅ Customize What the Compliance Checker Looks For

We're adding the ability to customize which rules the Compliance Checker applies to your notes so results reflect how your practice actually works. If you sign notes in a separate EHR, use a different billing workflow, or handle certain documentation steps outside Upheal, you'll be able to turn off the checks that don't apply to you.

Right now, the Compliance Checker runs every rule by default, which means some providers see "not compliant" flags for things they handle elsewhere. With this update, you'll configure your preferences once in Practice Settings, and every compliance check going forward will skip the rules you've excluded. No more filtering through warnings that don't apply to your workflow.
